Studio 6.4

The Studio 6.4 amplifier is what started everything. You will find versions of this amplifier in professional mastering studios and theaters across the globe. The reason so many professionals use this amplifier is due to it's unbelievably transparent and neutral character. As you probably know, a professional mastering studio is one of the most critical listening environments in existence. Therefore the amplifier that is used for monitoring the mix is crucial.

The Studio 6.4 is configurable for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 channel operation. A simple user-activated mini toggle switch on the back can bridge any 2 channels for a single mono channel with double the output. This means the amplifier can be optimized for a 6-channel system with a passive subwoofer all the way to two amplifiers being used in a dual-mono, tri-amp setup.

Since the Studio 6.4 has such a large power supply it has incredible transient response and dynamics. Not only is it a very powerful amp but it is extremely quiet and transparent. Every little detail in the music is heard without ever sounding forward or sterile. Vocal timbre and pitch are pinpoint accurate with a lush, natural midrange.
