Verastarr was founded in 2001 by Mike Powell in Atlanta, GA. The company was created to help people achieve the elusive "magic" that happens in very few high quality audio systems. There is a big difference between just having expensive gear and true audiophile quality sound. Real high quality sound is actually harder to find than you would think. 

At Verastarr we are very picky and particular about sound. We will not settle for half-measures. It is "all or none" for us. First and foremost we are music people. We are not "widget" salesmen. Our goal is to help your audio system sound like a live event. There was life during the recording, and you should sense life when listening. All our products are hand crafted right here in Atlanta, GA, U.S.A. We would rather sell a smaller volume of handcrafted artisan created product, then machine made high volume pieces (widgets). We are a boutique company dedicated to the creation of luxury, high performance audio products.

Verastarr is proud to have several patents pending, and our cable designs do not use any "off the shelf" wire or connectors. All of our raw materials are specially made to our specification, then cryogenically processed for the utmost in performance and duty life.
All our product designs are tested on R&D high end audio systems that exceed $100K, so there is no guesswork involved. We know how it will sound in your rig.  In addition, Verastarr has an amplifier offering which bridges high end 2 channel audio and Home Theater. This amplifier design is currently in use at Sony Studios, Industrial Light and Magic, Skywalker Ranch, and the Motion Picture Academy. The SSA-644 is one of the industries best kept secrets, and is also 100% hand soldered here in the U.S.A. right down to the PC boards and all the hundreds of resistors, diodes and capacitors. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any Verastarr-brand product, you may return it within 30 days, for a full refund minus shipping charges. The product must be in like-new condition with a copy of your receipt.

5 Year Warranty

All Verastarr-brand products are warranted against defects in manufacture for 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty is fully transferable.

100% Purchase Value Trade-In Program

All Verastarr-brand products are eligible for a full purchase value trade in minus tax and shipping towards any regular price Verastarr item. This does not include sale or auction items, and is transferable by original purchaser when accompanied by original receipt. This means you never lose money on a Verastarr purchase.

Future Upgrade Insurance

Verastarr guarantees that we will not discontinue and/or upgrade a model within 1.5 years of it's release, leaving you with a quickly discontinued product. If we decide to make a change before that time, we will upgrade your unit free of charge, and we'll even cover your return shipping. Future possible upgrades to current model status after the 1.5 years will be offered to our customers at the bare-bones cost of the modification upgrade. This shows Verastarr's above-average commitment to our loyal customers.

We at Verastarr promise to conceive, design, and manufacture the highest quality products, at the lowest price possible. We promise not to cut corners on quality to increase profit margin. We promise to keep manufacturing by hand here in the United States, even if it costs more, for the highest quality level possible.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return a built to order product or component, (like an amp, CD Player or custom length cabling) and it is not a faulty product, there is a 25% restocking fee, and a 30 day period in which to process the refund. This is to limit people from ordering just to "try" something out and return it.

Disclaimer

Verastarr power cords are not UL listed, therefore we imply or express no claim whatsoever as to the safety of the designs. It is near impossible to make something UL listed as well as amazing sounding. We need to push the envelope into the exotic for the groundbreaking results you enjoy. So far there have been zero issues in many hundreds of cables sold, but a sharp speaker spike set on a Grand Illusion power cord would have shocking results. Please use with care.
